• As tech support and system analyst for the Tiger Card Office, Mark maintains all aspects of the electronically controlled access on campus. He makes sure that all faculty, staff and students have the necessary access to their offices, labs and living areas. He is also the first point of contact for any issues, questions or problems regarding laundry and vending machine, printing on campus (Wepa Kiosks), Meal Plans, Tigerbucks, Value Transfer Stations and student room card swipe locks. The office likes to emphasize that "if your Tigercard touches it, we service it".
